Rathdrum Auto Repair

When I brought my car in to Silverlake automotive in Rathdrum I did not know what to expect but they looked over my car and were able to give me a full comprehensive work up and tell me everything on my vehicle that may need attention. They sent a link to me via text with all the information and pictures of my car where the problematic areas were! It was so neat! Unfortunately all I could afford was what was causing an issue. This is not the most lucrative time in my life. They went to bat for me with my warranty and got the most money they could so that I didn’t have as much to pay out of pocket and then even lowered my labor cost to help make it affordable for me. They went above and beyond and I appreciate them so much! What a great new shop for Rathdrum!

Took our car over for an oil change. The Staff were very courteous and professional. Service was completed on time.

I am so glad I checked with Silverlake Automotive in Rathdrum to get a diagnosis done on my vehicle. Not only were they able to get me in that same day, but Fred really took his time explaining things to me. He went over every detail of my very thorough diagnosis report, and explained how it related to my quote. The report even came with pictures, which I found very helpful. I look forward to having them do my repairs soon!

Amazingly awesome!! Friendly staff, great service, comfortable waiting area! Was there for an oil change and they let me know of a few other things that soon will need to be fixed. Not pushy to get it done, but very informative! Definitely earned my automotive business!!! Thanks guys!!
